Consultation
First things first. After we receive your initial inquiry, we’ll schedule a no pressure phone consultation at a date and time convenient for you. This conversation will allow us to answer any questions you may have, review the details of your project and begin to assess how we can best serve you. We pride ourselves on maintaining open and honest communication throughout the entire BDE process.
Cost Savings Assessment
With the important details in hand, we’ll begin creating a customized quote, specific to you and your project. We’ll take into account your project goals, budget, and time frame, to create several cost efficient options. With solar and back-up power systems, we’ll show you exactly what kind of cost savings you’re eligible for, your long term return on investment and the pros and cons of multiple system options. With our years of industry experience, we are experts in quality products and modern solutions.
Contract + Financing
Once we’ve decided on the options that work best for you, it’s time to hammer out the details! All of these details will be presented to you in a clear and concise contract. We will be completely transparent as we review every consideration together. With a contract comes payment options. We accept check and credit/debit cards, or if you’re a solar and/or back-up power system customer, we offer multiple in-house financing options.
Site Visit
A member of the Black Diamond Electric team will conduct at least one detailed, on location site visit. This can occur at anytime before your project begins. These visits ensure we have the most accurate information and we can safeguard you from unexpected additions/costs. We’ll take photos, assess any safety concerns, and gather the details needed to ensure every member of our team is properly prepared to complete your project in the most efficient manner.
Project Begins
Now the fun begins! We’ll get your project scheduled and continue clear communication with you every step of the way. Our team of friendly, honest and professional electricians will be respectful of your space, are happy to address any questions that may arise, and will work safely and efficiently to complete your project.
Project Finished!
Woohoo! Time to enjoy your final product! The Black Diamond crew will ensure you are completely satisfied with your project and are fully informed on utilizing your new equipment. We truly enjoy what we do each and every day and love getting to work with customers across the great state of Idaho!
